When you make your first booking we will create a Uban Catering account for you. Alternatively, if you sign up using Facebook, this will also create an account. Ready to make a booking? Download the app or book on the Web.
The Uban Catering platform is made to be flexible, but we have some rules. First, it’s important to know that you can skip, reschedule or cancel any booking for free with at least 72H notice. That said, skipping, rescheduling or cancelling a booking with short notice can cause the Staff to lose valuable work... If you make a change to a booking within 72H, you will be charged the full price of the booking. You cannot reschedule a booking with less than 72H until the start time. In most cases, these fees and charges are paid to the Staff. 72H + before the booking is free of charge 72H - before the booking is a full charge of booking amount.

If you are not happy, we are not happy. We aim for our service to surpass every standard, and if you’re in any way dissatisfied, we are going to make it right. If your booking didn't live up to our promise, we’ll send another professional to set everything straight. Alternatively, we will refund your account with credits in the amount of your booking or, at your request, directly to your card. Please note that claims regarding services need to be filled 24H of the booking in question.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING
You can make a booking through Uban Catering app or on our website. We will collect a few personal details - like your name and phone number, your address and your payment information (because cash is so last century) After that we will send a confirmation email and if you haven’t already, you can download the app to access location tracking, to find a professional near you!

If I book you for my Wedding, will I get the most experienced team? We only ever book one Wedding per day, unless another function is a ‘drop off’ only, so the answer is guaranteed yes!
DO YOU PROVIDE BAR SERVICES
Yes, we can set up a bar staff to serve your guests (larger functions 100 plus) or we can supply wine and soft drinks with free glass hire.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS
We take the payment on the day of the booking. We can now take payment by Debit card which is free of charge or Credit Card which will have a 3% surcharge.
